Meet Susan
Each person has a unique and innate core set of principles, values and guidance system. This guiding presence leads you to your healing and wholeness. The client becomes aware of this invisible influence as a connection is made to the greater “Self” through inner world work, dreams, symptom work, using your instincts, senses & Jungian active imagination. Working with your personal material such as dreams, issues and symptoms will lead you to relief, release, and a sense of well being.
Susan Ozimkiewicz NCC LCPC, is a National Certified Counselor, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, a Jungian oriented Depth Psychotherapist. As a Depth Psychotherapist Susan’s work focuses on the emotional understanding of physiological problems. She blends a unique intuitive awareness with a helpful application. Susan received a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute, CA. In 1989, Susan studied “Intuitive Energy Diagnosis” with Caroline Myss, Ph.D. at the Shealy Institute, Springfield, Missouri. Susan trained for two years in Jungian oriented Process Work with David Roomy. She has worked with adults and children that were victims of sexual abuse/domestic violence, juvenile and adult offenders, Protective Parenting, and dual diagnosis with behavioral/mental health patients at Terry Reilly Health Services – Sane Solutions & The Family Violence Prevention Program, Boise, ID from 2005 to 2008 part time. Susan received a Certificate of Advanced Professional Studies in Adlerian Psychology in 2018. Idaho Counseling Association – Awarded Counselor Supervisor of the Year 2021.
She appeared on TV’s “Metaphysics Today.” Radio’s “Lifelines, On Health and Healing Radio (a2zen FM), and Piece of Mind (99.1 FM).” Susan has conducted studio groups, workshops, and seminars in Boise, Seattle, Phoenix, and New York.

Medical Intuitive
Susan is an intuitive depth psychotherapist and as a medical intuitive utilizes her intuition and “in-sight” to seek the core or root cause of a physical symptom, emotional issue, or other influence that seemingly disturbs a person. Susan has always scanned a person with her eyes closed so as not to be influenced by the client or obtain any preconceived ideas about the individual that she is viewing.
It is not the external world that thwarts us, but the internal world reaction and perception that has not been consulted, and therefore blocks the path to the unity of consciousness.

Dreamwork
Dreamwork is used in a session as a personal wisdom and an effective guidance tool offered to the dreamer from Psyche and the unconscious. The images, metaphors, symbols, scenes, and figures are interpreted by the dreamer and their own associations to every aspect of the dream. The dreamer with the aid of the therapist explores the issues presented, and the emotions evoked. One dream can represent many levels and layers and at the same time can present subjective/objective attitudes and approaches that can be incorporated in the dreamer’s life. Dreamwork uses the dreamer’s language because the dream would mean distinct things to different people. The dreamer will know the right meaning of the dream as it touches and resonates within them and produces that “aha” moment. Dreamwork uses a Jungian oriented interpretation style.
AcuProcess™
Acuprocess explores the complex relationship between your body and your mind as it relates to a physical symptom, an emotional reaction, or an inner world disturbance. The physical symptom can contain a cutoff part of oneself such as a trauma that has not been processed. A unique personal “response-ability” occurs as you examine the meaningful activity within your own mind/body system.
As a depth psychotherapist Susan’s approach includes active imagination and inner world work which can lead to a positive healing effect.
